Liaison Services

This award winning service, originally established as the Care Home Liaison Service (CHLS) in March 2006 following reconfiguration of older peoples mental health services, now provides Liaison services for Older Peoples Mental Health in Care Homes and now in the the Acute Trust too. The service also facilitates a local Care Homes Learning Network.




Mental Health and Vascular Well-Being

The objective of this innovative service is to establish a care pathway starting in primary care for people aged over 50 with anxiety and/or depression, which supports the identification and psychological management of vascular cognitive impairment.The aim is to ensure psychological therapies are available to this often hidden client group
